How do I access my account?

Your account can be accessed online through payiac.com. Please use your cell phone provided when you created your contract at the dealership. If you need to change this information please email [email protected] or call the service center at (888)422-0782

How many miles do I get with my lease?

All of our leases are for 20,000 annual miles. You receive 1,667 miles monthly, if you exceed your monthly mileage you will be billed $0.10 for every mile over 1,667.

My vehicle is beeping or not starting, is there something wrong?

Your vehicle will be placed in warning mode and beep on startup 24 hours after your payment due date and we have not been able to get a response from you. If your vehicle is not starting, your payment is 48 hours overdue and we have not heard from you to make payment arrangements. If we do not hear from you within 72 hours of your payment due date we will begin the repossession process.

When is my payment due?

Your payments are due 30 days from the signing of your contract, you will receive an email and a text two days prior to the payment due date alerting you to your payment. In addition you can find this information in your customer portal at payiac.com.

Can I pay early?

Yes you can pay early and any amounts you want either through the online portal at payiac.com or by calling into the service center. Please realize you must be paid in full by your due date to avoid any late fees.

Can I change my payment due date?

Yes you can do this at any time by moving your payment date to earlier in the month. (Example, if you are due on July 21st and would like to change your payment dates to the 7th you will need to pay your July bill on the 21st and your August bill on the 7th to update your payment date.)

What if I cannot make my payment when it is due?

Please call the office immediately if you are going to have an issue making your payment so that we can work with you on a payment arrangement.

What happens if I bounce an electronic check (ach)?

You will be notified via email and text if we were unable to process a transaction on your account for insufficient funds. You will be charged $35.00 NSF fee.

What happens if I make a late payment?

Any payment received after the due date will automatically be assessed a $35 fee.

My vehicle has been repossessed, what can I do?

Repossession is always our last resort by continued failure to bring your account current. Defaulted leases do not have a redemption period, once your vehicle has been repossessed you are not able to reclaim your vehicle. You will be sent to collections for the balance of your payments due on your defaulted lease. We will work with you to make every effort to avoid this unfortunate circumstance but vehicle payments must be made to continue use of the leased vehicle.

My payment is supposed to be processed today but I have not seen it come out of my bank account when will it be deducted?

All of our ACH payments are deducted by 6pm if they are processed on a business day. If your billing date falls on a weekend or a holiday your payment will not be processed until 6pm on the next business day.

What type of insurance do I have to keep on the vehicle?

You will need Michigan full coverage insurance with a $1,000 or lower deductible and Integra Auto Capital, 413 Forest St, Suite 449, Kalamazoo, MI 49001 should be listed as an additional loss payee.

I have been involved in an accident with significant damage to my vehicle, what do I do?

Please contact your insurance company first and begin the claim process with them. After you have a claim number with your insurance company please contact us and we will assist with the claim or work to get you into a new vehicle if necessary.

I am having mechanical issues with my vehicle, who do I contact?

All of our vehicles are sold without warranties or service contracts, depending on how long it has been since your purchase date you may want to contact the original dealer. You are welcome to have the vehicle repaired at any shop of your choosing.

My lease is nearing the end, what do I do?

You will receive an email from us 60 days prior to the end of your lease with how to end your lease. At this point in time you can purchase the vehicle outright for your residual price as listed in your contract plus the disposition fee (also in your contract). The other option you will have is to take the vehicle back to your originating dealer and turn the vehicle in.

How do I end my lease early?

Please contact our office, depending on how long you are into your contract you may be able to trade-in to a participating dealer and start a new lease. If you would like to buy out your lease and retain ownership of your vehicle please contact us and we will calculate your pay off.

I want to trade-in my vehicle to a non-participating dealer, how do I go about this?

Please contact our office and we will calculate your pay off and provide the dealer a 15 day payoff number.
